Bilateral frontal 3D spoiled gradient-echo high-resolution MR lymphangiography sequence, obtained 45 minutes after gadodiamide injection, clearly delineates several slightly enlarged lymphatic vessels in both lower legs. Note concomitantly enhanced veins (arrowheads), which show lower signal intensity.
